Hybrid Direct Primary Care, or DPC, is a model of healthcare that puts Patients first by removing the constrains of traditional practices.
How?
It’s simple: DPC is a membership that doesn’t accept insurance.
You won’t have to pay a co-pay for office visits or routine physicals.
You will save time too. You’ll be able to avoid many visits altogether by sending your questions directly to us via email and text . . . something You won’t get from a traditional practice.
We’ve negotiated amazing deals for prescription medications, blood tests, X-rays, and MRI/CT scans on your behalf.
Contracts with insurance companies legally obligates us to charge You higher prices. But more importantly, since You are getting all this amazing care from us, You can cut way back on your insurance premiums. Most DPC Patients choose a high-deductible, low-premium insurance plan so they’re covered in the case of a major health issue. And You can leave the rest of your healthcare to us.

We’re here for You if you’re sick or hurt, but we also help You proactively maintain good overall health. Every visit with us will be thorough, relaxed, and take as long as You need to address your health concerns.

For a low monthly fee, You get longer visits, near wholesale prices on meds, your Medical Provider’s cell phone number, and a whole lot more.
Based on the membership plan You choose, your monthly membership dues will be an automated payment at the end of each month of service.
Preventative care is of upmost importance to Ambiance Primary Care.
When those specialized types of care are required, we will certainly continue to work closely with the Specialist in order to maintain continuity of your care.
Depending on the level of care and the types of expertise required, we may rely on those Specialists to manage your treatment.
Ambiance Primary Care operates on a month-to-month membership.
We expect to have an open, honest, respectful partnership with You.
If You have voiced a complaint or simply feel that our services no longer fit your needs, You must submit a request to terminate services 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
We will gladly allow You to terminate your membership.
You’re always welcome to return as a Non-Member, however the benefits of membership may not apply.
Yes! We take care of any Patient regardless of the insurance situation.
Under the DPC membership we work completely outside of the insurance system. This means none of the billing for care under the DPC membership is eligible for insurance reimbursement.
However, we recommend that Everyone have insurance coverage, which is still important in the event of a major health issue, an Emergency Department visit, or admission to the hospital.
Functional Medicine focuses on the root cause of an illness.
We take a much more in-depth and Patient-centered approach to the management of chronic and acute diseases.
Functional Medicine takes the time to answer the “why” to various illnesses many Patients experience.
The goal is to uncover the underlying cause of illness and help increase the Patient’s quality of life.

While many People are capable of managing their health, its equally important to continuing to manage health for as long as possible. Having the convenience of a Primary Care Provider available to You directly, provides a different level of comfort.
When You know You don’t need to rely on surfing the internet for what You think “might” be the problem, and when You can simply call your PCP directly and have evidence-based information provided directly to You, You have more peace of mind.

We will partner with You to help ensure You continue to maintain and manage a healthy lifestyle.
Both DPC and Concierge Practices charge a periodic fee, however, under the Concierge model, this fee only gets you access.
This means the concierge fee doesn’t actually cover any of your care. Instead a Concierge Practice bills insurance for your visits.
Under DPC, your visits and other care are included in your fee. Plus you’re provided with other incredible benefits, like wholesale pricing for labs and radiology studies, deeply discounted prescription prices, direct digital communication with your Medical Provider, and all the rest . . .
We are unique because we provide Concierge service and Primary Care in one fee.
The fee covers excellent personalized Primary Care through office visits with no copay.
This includes the following: annual wellness exams, sports physicals, school physicals, chronic care office visits, follow-up visits, treatment of acute illness, all with minimal wait times in the office.
The fee also covers direct communications with your Healthcare Provider: phone, text, video chat or email.
Our Patients will also have access to discounted labs, prescriptions, and special procedures not included in the membership fees.

Access to your medical provider is one of the greatest benefits of the DPC model.
Because illness and injury do not respect regular office hours, Members may contact their Medical Provider through the exclusive private line.

We have chosen the ability to provide discounted and wholesale rates on healthcare services and personalized Patient-centered care.
This means more time spent with our Patients, same day/next day appointments, and greater ability to provide practical and realistic services to our Patients.
We forgo insurance payments in order to save our Patients from the arbitrary, intrusive decisions that come with using insurance. Charging a direct monthly fee frees us from the typical contractual agreements that prevent non-DPC Healthcare Providers from offering wholesale prices on laboratory tests, imaging, and medications.
We are a hybrid DPC practice, which means You can use your insurance in our Practice.
However if You join the low cost membership, your insurance will not be billed.
If you choose to use your insurance, we must bill your insurance and adhere to the stipulations and constraints they place on You.
